We stayed at this lovely hotel for one night on our way to Nice. The location was perfect, being close to the wedding we had to attend and also conveniently located for exploring the rural Champagne region. The staff were incredibly friendly and customer-oriented, making us feel warmly welcomed. Our room, called "Factory," was clean and comfortable with a spacious and stylish bathroom featuring a great walk-in shower. The food at the hotel was excellent, with both dinner and breakfast being delicious and satisfying. We particularly appreciated speaking mainly in French with the passionate and attentive host, who ensured that everything was perfect for us. We will definitely be back!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a wonderful time staying at this charming hotel in a quiet village. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, and the local coffee was great. The chef was friendly and quirky, adding to the unique experience. The newly decorated room had a comfortable bed and a superb large shower, complete with a tree! Highly recommended for a convenient stopover on the way to or from Calais.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming auberge in a quiet, attractive village. the dedicated host and efficient staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. the chef/patron's passion for cooking is evident in the superb dinner I enjoyed, and his suggestions for wine were spot-on. the decor and ambiance of the place were top-notch, adding to the overall experience. It truly felt like the perfect way to end my holiday, away from the hustle of the highway. Cons: For us, this hotel was ideal 👍.

A Gem of a Hotel and Restaurant
After a long drive, we arrived at this hidden gem and were instantly impressed. The friendly proprietor warmly welcomed us and showed us to our spacious and cozy room. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the restaurant. The menu offered an excellent selection, and we were blown away by the quality and presentation of our meals. The attention to detail and use of fresh ingredients made for an unforgettable dining experience. Although the breakfast was a bit limited, the superb coffee more than made up for it. I had a fantastic stay at L'Auberge De Vauclair and would highly recommend it to others.
